  • Overview

    WOOD is currently hiring a Mandarin Chinese Analyst with a background in Cyber Analysis to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.  The Linguist must be able to effectively communicate and translate technical terms and Intel related documents, reports at a 2+/2+ level. 

    Responsibilities

    • Research, analyze, and report on computer network probes/attacks, trend, hacker tools and techniques to produce indications and warning reports on impending network attacks
    • Analyze network (people or groups) and characterize linkages that show the relationships and flows between nodes
    • Perform tasks associated withe SIGINT and other Intel disciplines production cycle including researching, tasking, analysis, reporting, assessing and interacting with customers
    • Analyzing and assessing technical and operational vulnerabilities
    • Analyzing all-source intelligence data, identifying critical threats, reporting information 
    • Compiling and correlating data sets to determine levels of threats and vulnerabilities 
    • Production threat assessments

    Qualifications

    * TS/SCI with Poly Required

     

    • (4) years continuous work experience in intelligence analysis or related field OR 
    • a combination of (2) years of work experience in intelligence analysis and a Bachelors Degree in a STEM Discipline 
    • 2+/2+ minimum level on language assessments in Mandarin Chinese
