    WOOD is hiring a Automated Test Engineer, Level 2 to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.  The Automated Test Engineer analyzes diverse systems requirements, creates custom test plans, test scripts. Utilizes automated test platforms such as Selenium to run automated testing solutions for software systems.  

     

    Responsibilities

    • Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
    • Executes test plans and test procedures. Resolves software problem reports
    • Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components
    • Analyze functional requirements and conduct research in order to develop test cases
    • Experience developing/executing test plans, test procedures, and producing test  reports

    Qualifications

    Must have a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

    • Experience as a Software Tester
    • Experience developing/executing test plans, test procedures, and producing test reports
    • Experience in automated testing (Selenium)
    • Strong Linux background
    • Either knowledge and/or experience with Java, JUnit, Maven, Eclipse, XML, Jenkins, RESTful, JSP
    • Understand Agile environment
