    WOOD is hiring Project Managers to lead a Cybersecurity support services program in Ft. Belvoir.  This program is slated to begin June 2018.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Management and daily oversight of up to 40 personnel performing Cybersecurity Support Services in a complex environment.  Support areas include: risk management framework (RMF), computer network defense (CND)), and communications security (COMSEC). 
    • Will coordinate primary activities with all stakeholders to deliver cybersecurity services and solutions to support IT requirements across the agency and across domains.
    • Prepare and deliver monthly progress reports and briefings of overall Task Order activities
    • Areas of delivery include: Cybersecurity Policy and Planning, Assessment and Authorization Support Services, Continuous Monitoring, Cross-Domain Solutions, Supply Chain Risk Management, Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Support Services, Promoting Cybersecurity throughout the Agency Workforce, Communication Security (COMSEC), and Procurement.
    • Provide Technical Analysis, Implementation Plans, Informational and training materials, Quarterly and Annual Cybersecurity reports, and maintain a Master Government Property List.
    • Must develop and implement a quality control plan to ensure performance levels are monitoring, measured, and achieved
    • Reports directly to the IDIQ Program Manager

    Skills and Experience:

    • Experience managing cybersecurity operations and maintenance activities on a 24x7x365 basis in a large DoD organization with a worldwide footprint
    • Experience managing a technical team providing cybersecurity services in a large environment
    • Experience with Information Assurance processes and monitoring activities and NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) protocols.
    • Experience in providing Communication Security (COMSEC)
    • Working experience with ITIL processes, DESMF experience a plus
    • At least 5 years experience as a task order manager supporting federal programs of similar size
    • At least 5 years experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
    • Experience in managing extensive customer interactions and providing frequent detailed status
    • Experience supporting users in a multiple security domain environment
    • Experience working with IT services in cloud environments


    Education and Training:

    • Bachelor of Science, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology from an accredited college or university is required

    Technical Requirements:

    • Proficiency in planning and scheduling
    • A solid foundation in IT fundamentals (web applications, system administration)
    • Understanding architecture, administration and operating systems
    • CISSP certification is required
    • Candidate may be required to travel to US locations or overseas locations
    • Must be able to read and understand technical and non-technical documents and interface with technical and non-technical personnel.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified preferred.

    Clearance Requirements

    • Minimum DoD Top Secret security clearance, with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
