WOOD is currently hiring a Systems Engineer, (Sr.) Level 6
Support the customer organization in the development, documentation, and maturation of domain, cross-domain and system of system (SoS) architectures for a variety of programs and initiatives with the customer.
Support the development, documentation, maturation and analysis of architecture artifacts for the Agency’s acquisition milestone reviews and Intelligence Community submissions.
Develop and maintain DoDAF, FEAF and IC Enterprise Architecture (EA) compliant architecture artifacts, utilizing architecture modeling tools to ensure integrated architecture.
Utilize architecture modeling tools to develop integrated architecture, and perform assessments of acquisition architectures for compliance and consistency with the customer’s Enterprise Architecture in support of technical review boards and other governance activities.
Collaborate with operational and technical SMEs, lead systems engineers, and enterprise systems engineering personnel to identify architecture gaps, and develop recommendations for changes to address these gaps.
Collaborate with customer personnel to identify tools/technologies, data models, data analytics, and reporting/visualization approaches to assist Agency leaders and technologists with architectural data-driven decision-making.

Individual Capabilities Required:
Three (3) years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Architect in programs utilizing DoDAF or FEAF.
Intelligence Community experience and working knowledge of DoDAF, JCIDS processes and associated documentation, IDEF0 modeling, requirements analysis, integration, and process execution and evaluation.
Experience developing DoDAF architecture artifacts utilizing the UNICOM (formerly IBM) Systems Architect, IBM Rational, NoMagic CAMEO or similar product.
Experience with Intelligence Community and/or DoD acquisition lifecycles, software development methodologies, and information security engineering concepts.
Experience designing, developing and/or delivering solutions within a Government mission or operational organization.
Individual Capabilities Desired:
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Familiarity with DoDAF, Joint Architecture Reference Model (JARM), Zachman Architecture Framework, DoD and/or Intelligence Community Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA), Federal Enterprise Architectural Framework (FEAF), British Ministry of Defense Architecture Framework (MODAF), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Gartner/META Architecture Process Framework, or a similar architecture framework.
Experience developing data models, metadata matrices, and/or architecture repositories using Oracle database products and/or InQuisient (formerly Enterprise Elements) repository products.
Experience developing DoDAF artifacts (OVs, SVs, etc.) using any of the following architecture tools: Sparx, NoMagic Cameo, MagicDraw, PTC Integrity Modeler / CORE, In2itive Cloud-EA, Visio, and SPEC Innoslate.
INCOSE, ITIL, PMP, SAFe, Security+, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
