Overview

This effort requires personnel who can perform intelligence analysis and select pertinent IMINT, SIGINT (COMINT and Technical SIGINT), MASINT, HUMINT, and open source material for specified target sets and format the information for dissemination. In addition, personnel must be able to discover, characterize, affiliate, and report new cyber activity and actors to include describing how the activity is being conducted and also characterization of a sophisticated cyber-capable adversary.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Performing multi-source research for specified target sets.

  • Assessing value of material compiled from research.
  • Creating actionable intelligence based on analysis of material.
  • Formatting information for dissemination to customers as end product reports, technical reports, working aids, advisories, or collection tippers.
  • Maintaining awareness of internal and external customer information needs and of National Requirements.
  • Contributing to the creation of SIGINT and non-SIGINT (such as IMINT, MASINT, or HUMINT) requirements.
  • Collaborating with other IC members to produce intelligence reports and assessments for National-level audiences.
  • Writing tasking to ensure proper collection of multi-source intelligence.
  • Coordinating efforts with government analysts and reporters.

Qualifications

*All Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph (or Full Scope)

  • Shall have a minimum of six (6) continuous years of work experience in Multi-Source analysis or related work experience, or a combination of a minimum of three (3) continuous years of work experience in Multi-Source analysis or related work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable (for example, math, science, computers, engineering) field.
  • Work experience shall include three (3) years of IC or related experience in Multi-Source analysis.
  • Shall demonstrate competence with relevant Computer Network Operations (CNO) and SIGINT tools and databases used for the customer mission, and communications skills that include the ability to provide formal documentation of analysis and/or research results.
  • Shall be considered a SME in one or more fields appropriate to Intelligence Analysis or Computer Networking technologies, and be able to serve as a SME for working groups and meetings with partner organizations/agencies.
  • Shall have demonstrated expertise in analyzing intelligence and technical data, analyzing exploitation opportunities, documenting information and processes, gathering intelligence information, interpreting analytical results, performing Internet research, writing and editing skills at a technical/professional level, and managing internal and external customer relations.
  • Shall be an effective writer and verbal communicator.
