Salary Range: $130,000 to $165,000 base salary, plus commission
The Capture & Growth Operations Lead is responsible for driving new business growth within the federal market.
This role owns the development, qualification, and progression of the opportunity pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities aligned with the company’s mission areas.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new federal business opportunities aligned with company capabilities
Build and maintain a strong, actionable pipeline of opportunities
Track opportunities from identification through submission and award
Develop relationships with government customers, primes, and teaming partners
Lead early-stage capture activities including positioning, teaming, and win strategy
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for proposal execution
Support or lead proposal efforts when required
Manage and guide team in opportunity identification and tracking
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and provide regular updates to leadership
Ensure focus remains on opportunities with a clear path to revenue
