Salary Range: $140,000 to $180,000

** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.

Security Clearance Requirements:

This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph. 

 

Responsibilities

  • As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the heartbeat of Agile execution facilitating team success, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll coach and guide Agile teams within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, ensuring alignment with Program Increment (PI) goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

    • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
    • Facilitate team communication, coordination, and commitment tracking.
    • Remove impediments and support high-performing team dynamics.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners and System Engineers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Promote Agile maturity and built-in quality through coaching and experimentation.
    • Maintain team metrics and information radiators to drive transparency and improvement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master on large technical programs.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, VersionOne, IBM PCM.
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • Experience with hardware/software integration and testing.
  • Familiarity with Kanban, CI/CD, test automation, and Agile transformation initiatives.
