    WOOD is currently hiring a Digital Network Intelligence Analyst, Sr. to join our team in the Ft. Meade, MD area. The Digital Network Intelligence Analyst will be able to perform for specified target sets and format the information for dissemination.In addition, personnel must be able to perform technical metadata and content analysis of threat adversary automated information systems. Must be capable of leveraging their linguist skills to characterize, analyze and reconstruct threat digital networks. Farsi lingust.

     

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with analytical counterparts across the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)
    • Apply knowledge of network fundamentals, open-source tools, and current implementation of those technologies in order to devise all-source analytic/collection strategies to pursue access and exploitation of targets of interest
    • Perform all-source intelligence analyses of cyber activities to identify entities of interest; their methods, motives and capabilities
    • Determine malicious behavior; and recognize emergent patterns and linkages to visualize the larger picture of cyber-based operations
    • The DNIA must be familiarize with transmission schemes so as to perform technical analysis against target systems and networks, characterize target network capabilities and vulnerabilities, and support development of new techniques to exploit targets
    • Perform extensive post-mission, produce technical intelligence reports in support of special programs and provide expertise and leadership to the team in the development of analytical models and assessments

    Qualifications

    *All Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph

    •  A minimum of ten (10) years of language or SIGINT experience specializing in DNI, or a minimum of six (6) years of language or SIGINT experience specializing in DNI and a degree (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) in an applicable (for example, math, science, engineering, intelligence, language) field
    • DNI Analysis with language analysis/query experience
    • SIGDEV and reporting experience required
    • Farsi language
    • Shall have demonstrated expertise in intelligence collection regarding gathering data from target or adversary automated information systems or networks, to include providing direct DNI tradecraft, analysis and reporting support. Working knowledge of SIGINT development (SIGDEV) or computer network provider capabilities and workflows; experience in conducting technical metadata or content analysis. Shall have demonstrated experience in leading small, focused teams and mentoring junior task personnel
    • Shall have demonstrated expertise in digital network characterization, reconstruction, mapping, or vulnerability assessments. Demonstrated knowledge in language analysis techniques, tool providers, capabilities or workflows, and experience in technical and language exploitation
    • Shall have demonstrated experience and be consider a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in any of the following areas:
      • SIGDEV
      • DNI analysis, mapping and reconstruction
      • CNE exploitation
      • DNI, DNR and Reporting experience required
      • Target templating
      • Social Network Analysis (SNA)
      • Network vulnerability assessments
      • Remote forensics analysis
      • Technical, tactical, or traditional product reporting
      • Technical language analysis, development or exploitation
